About Tan House

Tan House is an independent publisher and film production company based in the South Cambridgeshire village of Bassingbourn. We are located in a Master Tanner’s House – Tan House, an ancient dwelling, timber-framed and crooked with age.

Established in 2005 by Nigel Spence, Tan House tells stories that must be told. We publish and distribute special interest books.
Our films include hard-hitting documentaries.
